  1. Acceptance and Scope of Terms

By engaging with any services provided by Sounaa Al Ghad Company Limited or its business units—whether through medical consultations, educational enrollment, website usage, or any other interaction—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sounaa Al Ghad Company Limited.

If you are accessing services on behalf of another person (such as a minor child, patient, or student), you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that individual to these terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

  1. Service-Specific Terms

Medical Services (KGMC and Primary Care & Autism Center): Our medical facilities provide healthcare services in strict compliance with Saudi Ministry of Health regulations and international medical standards. All medical services are delivered by licensed healthcare professionals who maintain current certifications and adhere to established medical protocols.

Patients must provide complete and accurate medical history, including current medications, allergies, previous treatments, and relevant health conditions. The company reserves the right to refuse treatment if patients fail to provide necessary medical information or if treatment would pose unreasonable risks. All medical procedures carry inherent risks, and patients will be informed through appropriate informed consent processes.

Medical appointments are subject to availability and require reasonable advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Emergency situations will be prioritized according to medical urgency and available resources. The company may refer patients to specialized facilities when care beyond our scope is required.

Educational Services (Manahil Al Ghad International Schools): Our educational institution provides comprehensive academic programs following internationally recognized curricula while maintaining full compliance with Saudi Ministry of Education requirements. Educational services encompass academic instruction, character development, extracurricular activities, and student support services.

Enrollment requires completion of all admission requirements, including application forms, academic records, health certifications, and fee payments. Students and parents must comply with all school policies, including academic standards, behavioral expectations, attendance requirements, and safety protocols. The school reserves the right to modify programs, schedules, and policies as necessary to maintain educational quality and regulatory compliance.

Parents and guardians are expected to actively participate in their child’s education by maintaining regular communication with school staff, attending required meetings, and supporting academic and behavioral expectations. The school may suspend or terminate enrollment for consistent failure to meet academic or behavioral standards.

Respectful Conduct: All interactions with staff, patients, students, parents, and visitors must be conducted respectfully and professionally. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services.

Financial Responsibility: You are responsible for all fees and charges associated with services received, including medical bills, school tuition, and related expenses, according to published fee schedules and payment terms.

  1. Payment Terms and Financial Policies

Fee Structure: Service fees are determined by each business unit and may vary based on service type, duration, complexity, and other relevant factors. Detailed fee schedules are available upon request from the respective business unit.

Payment Requirements: Medical services generally require payment at the time of service unless covered by approved insurance or payment plans. Educational services require payment according to established schedules, typically on semester or annual basis. We accept various payment methods as specified by each unit.

Late Payment Consequences: Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension, additional charges, or legal action for debt recovery. For educational services, late payments may affect student enrollment status and access to school facilities.

Refund Policies: Refunds are subject to specific terms outlined by each business unit and applicable Saudi consumer protection laws. Generally, refunds are not provided for services already rendered, but specific circumstances may warrant consideration.
